- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
- On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Check out the Short-Term Rental Fact Sheet for more information.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.

Great Place
Great place for our family to stay for the weekend. We enjoyed our time in the house and on the deck. Walkable to the beach and bike able to Tahoe city via the bike path. All around great place!
