Policies and disclosures
- This property does allow pets. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet.
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
- On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Check out the Short-Term Rental Fact Sheet for more information.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older

Tahoe Donner Amenities:
As part of your rental, you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $15 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.
