Perfect for a family with a nanny, this 4-bedroom house with an attached private studio apartment will suit your needs perfectly. A snowshoe enthusiast will just adore the premises with towering pines and flat wide open spaces, along with sloped acreage that gives the gorgeous views that come as perks with the rental of this home.
The main floor is where memories are made which will last a lifetime. Enter into the home and you will be drawn to the great room with its cathedral windows showcasing crystal blue waters of the lake beyond. This comfortable setup boasts a cozy chaise, and plush sofa perfect for reading a book and watching the snowfall. To the left of the great room is the open kitchen and family room. The family room has plenty of comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, as well as a gas fireplace to really set the mood. It is easily accessed by the kitchen which offers an awesome wood island with bar seating, a 4 burner gas stove, wine fridge and impressive appliances. An adorable breakfast nook lies beyond with backyard and lake views as its backdrop.
Upstairs you will find a west and east wing. The west wing offers two Queen bedrooms (one with a lake view of its own) which share a Jack and Jill bathroom. On the East Wing, a queen bedroom with a lake view, a small private balcony, and sophisticated en suite bathroom. The bathroom offers a soaking tub, shower and a modern farmhouse-inspired vanity. Downstairs the 4th room can double as either a kid's bedroom OR an exercise room. It comes with a Peloton bike and ample floor space to practice morning yoga. If used for a bedroom, there is a twin sleeper loveseat available for tenants. It also features it's own deck exit.
An attached but private studio apartment is accessed through the hallway that leads to the garage and offers it's own private residence for a couple or a family Nanny. There is an antique full murphy bed, television, modest kitchen and futon sofa as well as a full bathroom.
Two garage spaces and plenty of driveway parking is available to tenants of this house. Please know that this is a family home in the non-winter season, and these owners take very particular care of their home and are looking for tenants who will also take great care of their home. Tenants may find that they see more wildlife than people at this home, but the neighborhood is all very friendly. It should be noted that noise travels easily in this pristine and spacious environment, so while you have all the space you could need, tenants need to be respectful of neighbor's peace and quiet.
While very firmly not pet friendly, there will have been a cat in the home over the summer months. The home will be professionally cleaned prior to the ski lease start, but tenants should know this in case they are severely allergic.
