*Tahoe is a beautiful and fun place to visit, but occasionally this area can be affected by extreme weather events. While we never want things like icy roads, road closures, or smoke from wildfires to negatively impact our guests, it can happen. We ask travelers to plan their vacation appropriately for the rural mountain climate and encourage guests to research all travel insurance options, as Tahoe Moon Properties cannot provide refunds for things outside of our control.
Beautifully remodeled townhome. All furniture and appointments were purchased specifically for this condo with a carefree style and a designer touch.
The entry level has hardwood floors through out including living room with gas fireplace (no wood needed), sectional couch for comfy seating, flat screen TV and DVD, 1/2 bath, dining table that will seat 6-8 comfortably and full kitchen (very well stocked!) with granite counters .
Upstairs bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 offers a Bunk bed plus a Double bed. There is a full bath with tub/shower in the hallway. The master suite has a Queen bed and full bath with shower and walk in closet.
A private fenced and furnished patio off the dining area includes a gas grill for summertime seating, sipping and searing!
Wireless Internet is included. Please note we are in the mountains and sometimes there are problems with the internet that are out of our control.
-This home does NOT have air conditioning.
-There are 2 parking spaces directly in front of the unit. Other vehicles must use the overflow parking lot. Parking in any other unit's dedicated parking space may result in a fine from the HOA or County.
-The complex offers 2 swimming pools, tennis courts and sauna in the summer and a year round hot tub. Just about 2 miles from Tahoe City, this condo is close to all the fun that Tahoe has to offer! In summer Skylandia Beach park is a short walk away and you can take the designated bike and pedestrian path all the way to downtown.

1. 2021 Update: Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
2.As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
3.By local laws we have to charge a 12% occupancy tax (10% TOT tax + 2% TBID tax) with every booking. TBID, is placed on lodging, retail, restaurant and recreation businesses in North Lake Tahoe to raise money for visitor services, business support and advocacy, economic development, tourism mitigation and transportation services.
