Curl up in the cozy living room in front of the wood burning fireplace. Sit at the game table and challenge someone to a card or board game. Belly up to the large dining room table and enjoy a warm meal after a long day on the slopes. Or, head upstairs to the lofted landing and enjoy a good book! In the morning, you can sip your coffee in the eat-in kitchen while taking in the forest views.
This spacious home has the prefect layout for you and the whole crew. The master bedroom features a king size bed, the 2nd bedroom has a queen and a twin, and the 3rd bedroom is set up with a full and a twin, PLUS a loft with another full size bed! Have guests? No problem! There is a pull out bed in the living room too!

Main Level
- Living Room: Seating for 10, wood burning stove, and television
- Dining Room: Three separate dining tables with seating for 8, 6, and 4, and a wet bar
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with electric stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and more
- Bedroom #2: Queen size bed and twin size bed, sleeps 3
- Bathroom: En suite full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use
- Bathroom: Half bath with sink and toilet, access through laundry room

Upper Level
- Master Bedroom: King size of bed, sleeps 2, armchair, and television
- Bathroom: En suite 3/4 bath with huge walk-in shower, sink, and toilet (access from master and hallway)
- Bedroom #3: Full size bed, twin size bed, and loft with full size bed, sleeps 5

Parking
- Carport: Two car garage
- Driveway: Parking for 2 cars, depending on size of vehicle and snow conditions

Tahoe Donner Amenities:
As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children’s play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $15 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.
