Welcome to Gray's Crossing Luxury Retreat! Set on a quiet street on the edge of the forest and directly across from the start of the paved bike path, connecting to over 13 miles of trail this home has everything you need for the vacation of a lifetime! Whether you're relaxing and taking in the mountain air or connecting to a quick Zoom meeting in between rounds on the golf course, this home has you covered!

This magnificent home was built in 2015 and is immaculately appointed with the highest quality finishes and furnishings. At nearly 3200 square feet, this home offers 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) plus a private loft/rec room, sleeping 12* comfortably. The open floor plan features a gourmet kitchen, dining area and spectacular great room with grand fireplace stretching all the way to vaulted ceiling. The main attraction though, is the 1500 square foot wrap-around deck with a fireplace, outdoor seating and a ping pong table for your enjoyment. The ultimate outdoor living experience!

*Please note, while there are beds for 13 guests, the max occupancy is 10. Exceptions may be made, upon approval, for additional children or adults for an additional rate.

Main Level
- Master Bedroom: California King bed, sleeps 2, Smart TV, and porch access
- Master Bathroom: En-suite 5-piece bath with jetted tub and walk-in shower, toilet, and double sinks
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and more
- Dining Room: Seating for 10 (please note: house sleeps 12)
- Living Room: Seating for 8-10, large gas fireplace (unavailable in summer), Smart TV, and deck access
- Bathroom: Half bath with sink and toilet
- Outdoor Deck: 1500 square foot wrap-around deck with gas fireplace, gas grill, outdoor furniture and a ping pong table

Central Level
- Recreation Room: wet bar with mini-fridge, seating for 5-6, Smart TV
- Bathroom: 3/4 bath attached to Rec Room with shower, toilet, and sink

Second Floor
- Master Bedroom: California King bed, Smart TV, sleeps 2
- Master Bathroom: En-suite full bath with bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink
- Double Queen Room: Two queen beds, Smart TV - sleeps 4
- Guest Bathroom: Adjoins hallway and double queen room, full bath with bathtub, toilet, and sink

Lower Level
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use
- Attached 2 Car Garage with ski racks and storage

Parking
- Garage: 2 car garage with ski racks and storage, longer vehicles should park in the left bay
- Driveway: Parking for 2-3 cars depending on snow conditions. Driveway gently slopes away from house.

- Kitchen: extra monitor with cables to expand the use of your laptop, limited office supplies available in drawer
- Upstairs Queen Room: desk with lamp, convenient outlet, and a chair. Rolling standup desk in closet that can be moved where convenient
- Rec Room: Extra desk and chair stored behind twin beds that can be easily slid under the large window (with views of Northstar!)
