Owner Relations Manager

Location: Truckee and North Lake Tahoe, CA
Compensation: $28-$32/Hour + Bonus Opportunities

About the Role

As an Owner Relations Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our homeowners, ensuring the success of their rental properties. Your role is a blend of relationship management, strategic revenue planning, and operational coordination. You will act as the homeowners’ advocate while ensuring seamless collaboration between the guest services, field, and maintenance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of vacation rental and ski lease owners.

  • Build strong relationships with homeowners through proactive communication, trust, and transparency.

  • Manage homeowner accounts, ensuring their properties are performing optimally in the rental market.

  • Oversee and refine revenue strategies, becoming an expert in the local vacation rental market.

  • Address and assist with guest escalations related to the properties in your portfolio.

  • Work closely with the field team, guest services, and maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.

  • Conduct property walk-throughs, providing feedback and recommendations to homeowners for improvements.

  • Stay informed on market trends, pricing strategies, and occupancy patterns to maximize property performance.

  • Knowledge of the Truckee/Tahoe area (or willingness to learn quickly).

  • Familiarity with vacation rental management is a plus but not required.

  • A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (some property visits required).
